DELSEY PARIS Carrousel 28" Large Checked Hardside Expandable Spinner Luggage, Platinum

I needed sturdy (checked) luggage for travel between U.S. & France that met max linear dimensions. This Carrousel came in below the max linear: 158 cm (62.2 in). My Delsey Helium luggage (2012 & 2017) have served me well, but I needed overall (exterior) luggage dimensions that met the new allowances. I am very pleased with the Carrousel's design, built-in TSA lock, zipper quality, Navy Blue colour. Unfortunately, the Carrousel Carry-On does not meet Air France's current cabin dimensions, so I am going to purchase the Flanerie SE Carry-On Spinner in Navy Blue because it meets current AF cabin allowances. The warranty on Flanerie is only 5 yrs. I hope it will be well-made and last much longer than 5 yrs.

Purchased both checked St Tropez Expandable Spinner bags, the accessory kit and the Helium DLX Weekender. Delivery was fast. The manufacturer description of each piece is exactly how they appear and perform. Great luggage!

Great bag for 10 days in Japan. Excellent quality, love the 4 wheels. Easy to spot at baggage claim. First luggage purchase / college student - investing in a future filled with travel.

I have the other pieces in the collection. They were a gift. I just needed to add this large piece to complete the collection. The wheels glide so nicely and that was important for me. I can't wait to pack it and take it to paradise.

Excellent customer service for a wonderful product.

This is the perfect suitcase with the perfect inside layout and I love that it's machine washable. I also love that the innner linings open to the opposite side of the suitcase instead of outside of the suitcase which helps keep them not dirty. The only problem is it is too small. They need an XL version!

I bought this item late August. I am happy with the movement of the wheels, and with its distinct appearance (Brown trim against black). However, I was not happy with the placement of the straps inside. They are feeble and seems to lessen the capacity of the suitcase. Additionally, one strap in the carryon suitcase is defective. Each time of use, I had to twist the strap for it to snap to hold the clothes in place.
