DELSEY PARIS Cruise 3.0 Large Checked Hardside Expandable Spinner Luggage, Graphite

This brand is the most underrated. I have been traveling since 2001 and my DELSEY checked in luggage has stood the test of time. I thought that I just wanted another luggage set. I did notice that something was missing when compared to my old one because the little hidden luggage tag under the handle isn't in this newer model.  In addition, the lining did not have those compartments that were in the older version (Shadow 2.0). Maybe there could be an additional option of different lining versions. I was going to use it but I liked my older luggage more. Maybe next time!

I got this size after realizing my carry-on wouldn't cut it for my trip (I mean, I was planning on shopping!). I used it for our Europe trip, flying from the States to Germany, then taking a bunch of trains through France and Switzerland. It handled everything, even rolling it over cobbled streets, up and down escalators, and across tram rails and curbs! I'm just bummed I got this color 'cause it really shows the scuffs from the airline baggage handlers.It held perfectly my 4 pais of oants, 2 shorts, pj's, undergarments, 5 tops, cardigan, 2 long sleeve tops, 2 shoes, all my toiletries (I pack a lot).

This suitcase is a thing of beauty. I have not used it yet, but it appears to strong and sturdy, and it will hold a lot. I cannot wait to take it on my next European trip.

What is the safest way to remove the paper label that is stuck under the zipper and trim piece on the edge of the carryon luggage without damaging anything?

Second trip on a week and my new suitcase made it easier. The wheels are so rolly! And made travel through the airport and beyond much easier. Definitely an upgrade over my last suitcase. The size is great for an over packer like myself. The silver and rose gold are fun but the silver gets dirty easily and I worry that the structure of the case may decrease as time goes on.

Everything looks great, but a outside pocket for name and address is missing, in case the suitcase gets lost. Time will tell how everything works out.

I bought this on clearance with no return allowed. I was aware of that but receiving the item I noticed the inside had been left half zipped which was odd and then looking at the wheels they were clearly dirty - so this was probably used. That being said the spinner itself is attractive and roomy. It replaces another Delsey that went with me on 6 overseas trips and several more trips in the US.

I bought this luggage, maybe five months ago and used it for the first time the handle was extremely loose. I contacted Darci and they told me that this was normal and they couldn't do anything to help me since I was out of warranty. Mind you I only had the product now for four months and used it for the first time. This product is defective and they are doing nothing about it and that is terrible. Everyone that I have talked everyone that to about this handle, said there is nothing normal about the movement in this handle. I went to a luggage store and looked at all Delsey products along with many other companies products not one handle had 4 to 6 inches of play on both sides in it. This is so unacceptable that Delsey will not take any responsibility for this and help me.
