Love the diverter
We recently remodeled the master bath and opted for a handheld shower and rain can in our walk-in shower. The diverter allows us to use either or both. Highly recommend a diverter when remodeling a bath with shower.

Good but not allowed in New Jersey
Product was installed but I found out later that it does not comply with the plumbing code in NJ. There has to be shut off valves on it so the water can be shut off if it has to be worked on. This should be mentioned in the product specs.

Beware left take off only on 3 way diverter.
3 way diverter only uses left side. I only wanted the 3way but rough in calls for right port to be used. Had to convert to 6 way cartridge. Too bad the couldn't make the 3 way selectable right or left. Would be a better design. If the ceramic seal was reversible in cartridge and not keyed it would work. Probably ought to specify right or left takeoff and manufacture a different 3 way cartridge for either right or left take off. Fortunately I discovered this before tiling it in.

Good luck
If you install this valve the way the rough in tells you too, you will be very disappointed. Our valve trimmed out perfect and this transfer valve was to far back in the wall. And of course they don't make an extension for this. We had to cut open a tile wall on the other side of the valve to offset this valve above the shower valve causing us to look bad. Also install the cartridge at rough, good luck trying to remove the bonnet nut when it is an 1/8 inch behind the finished wall.
