The larger pivoting shower head is a dream to use, it's like showering in the rain, while the smaller hand-held shower head has 5 different settings. Both shower heads can be used in-conjunction with one another or separately. Installs in minutes, took me all of 5 minutes and did not require any special tools. This is a solid high quality product, we love it and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I had trouble with a new combo shower head that I just installed. I called customer service and they immediately determined I had a defective unit. Three days later I had a new unit in hand. They were very helpful and replacement was fast and easy. When they say guaranteed for life, they stand behind that promise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried the HydroRain® H2Okinetic® 5-Setting Two-in-One Shower Head and it was the best shower of my life. First off it installs in minutes with no special plumbing needed and it was really easy. There are several different ways you can use it; Raincan, Full spray, Full spray with massage, A shampoo rinsing spray and you can pause the water if needed. You can even run 2 shower options at a time. My showers are much more relaxing and spa like these days. I will continue to recommend it to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I an really impressed with this shower head. I get home from work every night and the first thing that I do is take a shower. It is so relaxing, it feels like I am standing under a rain cloud. I also love all of the settings. Even though I don't and haven't used all of them yet. I always thought that I had low water pressure but it turns out that my previous shower head was just terrible and this one solved the problem. When using it I find that I prefer the water coming from the top and the bottom at the same time, it feels like I'm standing in the rain. This setting is easy to adjust. The water pressure is really good even though this is so large. I am also very happy with this because I have been wanting a shower head that comes with a handheld piece. Installing this was very easy, no tools we're needed. It is all plastic, except for the attachment area, however it looks really good. I have the brushed metal/stainless version and it looks like metal and matches everything in the bathroom beautifully. It looks classy. Overall I have to say that I love it!!

I like how the main shower head can be adjusted direction wise and how easy it is to remove and put back the detachable sprayer. It has great spray options and makes washing my daughters hair a breeze. We have this in our guest bathroom because of the detachable shower head and ease of use when bathing our children, but we would love to get another one to have in our master bath as well!

Not only was it pretty easy to install but it is also super easy to clean. I had very little to no issues with leaking after installing. All in all this is a pretty awesome shower head.. A lot fancier than what I was used to.. I say if you are looking try this one out!

Bought this with hopes of having rain head and handheld together. Two main issues: it requires for user to reach up behind head to change flow from one head to the other. This is hard for folks under six feet to reach. Other issue is lack of pressure when showering. Feels like standing underneath a leaky water hose hoping to get all soap and shampoo off your body. Wish I had read other reviews beforehand.
