It was an easy installation and can be used on either side of the bed. I have options for my daughters new big girl bed.

Perfect piece to transition a toddler
I purchased the 3 in 1 delta crib and needed the converter piece to transition my little one. This piece fit perfectly and very easily. The piece fits just almost half way across the length of the bed which provides some security against a roll out. If I did have a complaint it would be for the piece to be longer

It is a pretty basic piece to convert a crib into a toddler bed. The box came open, which was odd.

does not work for the delta royal 4 in 1 crib

Would not reccommend
The product was terrible. The holes to attach to the crib did not line up. The instructions were not easy to follow because you have to use pieces that are on the crib rail you take down. I had to return it.

In the description of the product, it claimed that it fit our Delta crib. It doesn't.
