The box was ripped open/damaged, how do I get my money back or a new bed?

Fun bed for a toddler. Assembly was easier than most beds. tThe only issue we had were the side rails. They wouldn't go on as stated in the instructions due to being labeled incorrectly but we made it work and the bed is pretty much perfect. The kids love the design and have a blast playing in the "hiding fort".

I don't like that this is false advertisement I received just a canopy bed without the tent.

Tent poles broke
My child is very happy with this bed! Easy assembly and just the right size. However the poles for the tent broke, hoping Customer Service will be able to send us new poles asap.

Tent
I've ordered two tent both broke within a week and we are not rough on it. It's frustrating because that's my sons favorite part about his big boy bed

Love this bed! Quick and easy to assemble. My son is autistic so the tent part only lasted 1 day before it was ripped off lol.. But overall 10/10 he's a hopper so he jumps in it faithfully and this little toddler bed is sturdy!

This product was easy to assemble. However, there weren't any directions for the canopy set up, but my husband figured it out. Other than that, I love the look and quality for the price. We purchased this bed for our two-year-old first bed and he seems to be enjoying his new space for sure.
