My wife loved the design and functions of this product. She picked this faucet as a replacement when our kitchen faucet failed. She seems to appreciate the faucet very much. A happy wife means the world to me. And she is Happy!! Very easy to install, instructions were very well written. Thank you.
This product works as it is supposed to and has a nice finish to it. I had this same model of faucet before this new one. I had some trouble with the faucet. I called the company and they gladly sent me a new replacement at no cost. The customer service lady was exceptional and friendly.
I like the looks of this product and the finish. What i don't like is the aerator. When I use the spray feature then switch to the stream it seems like the spray doesn't completely shut off. It also doesn't seem to have enough pressure. We have had Delta products before and never seemed to have this problem.
The hand held sprayer hose is thin and low quality. it kinks and collapses too easily. The spray button does not stay fully depressed during use. It needs to be repressed every time i use the faucet otherwise the water trickles out the sprayer
We replaced our old standard Delta faucet with this one, with the pull-out and spray option. We like those features, and we have become comfortable with this faucet. But... We had the plumbers back twice after the original installation because the water flow was utterly unacceptable. To make a long story short, adequate water flow required the removal of at least one if not two of the internal mechanisms, one of them I think a water saver feature. After that, because of sediment continuing to collect in the screens, I took the aerator off to clean the screens, and removed two of the four screens as well. Considering that we paid quite a bit for this faucet, we were not happy with so much tinkering just to get an acceptable water flow. Also, the hose limits the angle available for using the spray function. And the hidden toggle for the spray function took a bit of practice. Our kitchen is 1980's, and the tall pull-down faucet was much too big and industrial looking - this faucet is a much better fit for our space. Once we had the water flow ok, we have had no problems with the functioning of the faucet itself.
Flimsy to say the most for the item. I would not purchase it again. I definitely would not recommend it to a friend.
I bought this faucet two years ago, for those two years i have probably used the spray function no more than 15 times because I just don't like the water droplets going everywhere. Today i turned on the water and water started pouring out of the rubber press button pouring all over my countertop. I am extremely upset because this faucet cost a lot of money and should brake after only two years of gentle use. My husband did his best to wrap it so we will not have to go wash dishes in the restroom. I have written an email to customer service since it still in manufacturing warranty and i hope they will respond in a timely manner sending a head replacement .
Worked good for several (3-4) years. Just had the button to toggle from the spray to aerator button had a leak under it and slowly lifted the plastic up. Can't find anything online for a fix on a Sunday night. Hoping for some sort of help. I guess we'll see how it goes! Not a bad faucet, just having issues now. Our hard water gave it (or any other faucet) issues as the build up makes it hard to pivot the faucet after a few years.
This low flow faucet takes twice as long to wash dishes. Filling pots is excruciatingly slow. The sprayer force is inadequate to clean anything. The button which switches from stream to spray has to be pressed very hard to fully transition. The button mechanism feels flimsy and will not last long.
This kitchen faucet is the worst we've ever had. We've had less expensive faucets that were so much better. Switching to spray is difficult. It has so little power when using spray. You can't swivel the hose as it won't work.
