Well built, works great for mountain bikes. I had to bend mine down a bit because of my ceiling height but that was no problem and even made it easier to get the bikes on and off the hook. I used this in my garage to hold a bike I rarely use. LOL. It works very well. Make sure you hit a stud and there is nothing in the way of where the bike wil hang.
