Delta Trinsic Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Touch2O® Technology in Champagne Bronze 9159T-CZ-DST

I have now owned this faucet about 3 years. I bought the AC Adapter to alleviate the need for changing batteries. It's beautiful! My only issue, which would not stop me from buying again, is that there is quite a long delay in the faucet going from hot/warm to cold water. Otherwise, I'm happy with this purchase.

Hi, is an excellent product, I would like to know if you sell the magnetic ring, is not on your parts list. Mine detached from the goose neck, and it broke. Is a metal magnetic ring. I Really need this part and instructions of how to attach it.

I absolutely love the look of this but less than two months in, it started intermittently leaking from the spray nozzle. I've cleaned the nozzle numerous times and tried everything to get it to stop to no avail. VERY disappointing. I did not expect this so early in it's lifetime and it is not returnable.

The solenoid ("brain") failed and had to be replaced within the first 3 months after installation. Delta sent a new solenoid which seemed to work fine. However, two years later, it is again malfunctioning. If you turn on the faucet, it randomly turns itself off without being touched. It is very annoying and I'd just as soon have a traditional faucet that works with the handle for on & off. No more of the touch on & off. The six batteries need to be replaced about every four months; expensive and also very annoying. The spray feature works very well.

I have both this faucet and the Trinsic single-handle bathroom vanity faucet. The cold and hot label are in the opposite direction. For one faucet, when you pull towards the wall, it is hot; in the other, it is cold. It is dangerous for young children, and annoying for us and guests as it is not consistent. Is there any way this can be fixed?

I registered this product when it was first purchased in 2018. The product no longer works and as I try to find out warranty information, Delta deleted my original registration. Now I have to re-register my product again to even get help. This is both an inconvenience and perhaps a policy change if they no longer provide warranty on my product. Frustrating!!!

We bought this in July 23 and installed/started using in Jan 24. We always struggled with getting the touch feature to work, but its gotten worse to the point that 2.5months in I get water in my kitchen maybe 1 time out of 7-8 times I try in a day! We just go through a big ennovation and remodel and the last thing Iw anted was to have to deal with product issues when you invest in a supposedly high quality product. never buying Delta again. Will now see if my husband can figure out how to disable the electronic part and make it manual and will be sure to tell all our friends who are remodelling to stay away from Delta

I bought this faucet 8 months ago when we built a new home. It worked pretty well (not perfect) for 3-4 months and then started having issues all the time. It turns on and immediately shuts off, sometimes it won't turn on at all and I have to wait. It's extremely annoying. I disconnected the touch feature to keep my sanity but wish there was a fix because I love it when it works right.

Installed about a 3 weeks ago. The included batteries lasted about 4 days. I figured it was old no-name batteries that were included. Went out and bought some 6 C-cell batteries, expecting that they might last a year, even though the manual says “up to three years.” Guess what? “Up to three weeks” is more like it. That they sell this without an adapter is criminal, particularly when you consider the cost of the product. Save your money!

We have the new faucet and it's quite tempermental. Not sure if I'm going to keep it or get something else that turns on when I want water. There shouldn't be a learning curve to operate a faucet!
