Deluxe Acrylic Mahjong Starter Kit, Cirquejong Style, 160 Tiles with Racks, Mat & Vegan Leather Case

I grabbed this adorable set at Sam's Club this morning. My store only had the Blossom set. It is a high quality set for those not wanting to spend $400 on those well known expensive tiles. The box is a little misleading on what's include. It states there are extra flowers which is not accurate (also not necessary). There are 2 extra Jokers which is nice if you lose one. Plus 6 blanks for those who like to play with blanks. There is no BAM bird which is fine, there's still a one BAM it's just not a bird (we all like our BAM bird though). The tiles are engraved and very pretty. The bag is a little lack luster but it's a quality faux leather bag. If you have 18.5” racks already, they will not fit in this bag. The racks included are a little shorter than the standard racks but hold this size tiles well with 14 tiles racked. The racks do not include an attached pusher however there is what I assumed is suppose to be a substitute. It's a non-attached flat acrylic piece that I assumed you would build your wall and move out. In conclusion, it's a nice set and you get everything you need to play at this price. Tiles alone can be costly. Tiles actually included in this set are: Dots 1–9x4 → 36 Bams 1–9x4 → 36 Craks 1–9x4 → 36 Winds: (NEWS) 4 each → 16 Dragons: Red, Green, White 4 each → 12 Flowers: 8 total Jokers: 10 total Blanks: 6 total

I miss the "treasure hunt" excitement of a thrilling find at Sam's Club...this set recreated that feeling! We needs more of that, Sam's buyers! I am a "new" player and wanted a second, more trendy set like the $500 ones sold online. This fit the bill .(I also have a traditional set that is very solid). I love the colors on this Blooming version but I am using my pushers from another set because these have some room for improvement. For the price, this is an outstanding deal if you are a beginner and want something attractive and fun. I have noticed that even the competitors popular expensive sets sold on line that are comparable to this have issues if you read the reviews, these have none of those serious issues like deglazing. This is a great investment.

Wow! The Mahjong Cirquejong set is stunning! I am an avid Mahjong player, and I was skeptical about the quality of this set due to the price being so affordable. The set does not disappoint! The quality of the tiles is exceptional; they are colorful and have a nice thickness to them. They are etched and painted.

I'm so glad I grabbed this. I've been wanting to learn Mahjong, and this set makes it so much easier. The tiles are decently hefty and the colors are super vibrant and easy to read. ​It comes with a sturdy case, so it's perfect if you're traveling or want to store it with your other games. It looks really good quality. Definitely recommend if you want a pretty set that actually lasts.

This is a very nice mahjong set, with bright interesting colors and a bit more fun than traditional sets. The tiles are smaller but a nice quality with fun colors and orange backs. The problem for me are the racks. They are a rack with a separate pusher that doesn't attach very cumbersome. I like the case, the tile case but the racks yikes and no case for them. The table pad is fine. It just seems a bit cheap to not include good racks, with pushers and a case for them.

Love the set. Seems high quality but the graphics are not very useful for American Mahjong. If the graphics being different doesn't bother you, then they are great.

I got the yellow tiles and the ones with the yellow writing for the numbers are hard to read when lighting is low. The numbers are also very small text. Great price for how much you get.

Hey - two issues with this set: 1. The racks: The pushers are not connected and are just random extra pieces of plastic that you have to awkwardly use. Will have to buy normal racks from somewhere else 2. On this colorway, the yellow printing on the tiles is pretty hard to see. It's hard to read the numbers on the tiles when they are in yellow.

Check your tiles! I caught a mistake checking them before opening, I got 5 - 5cracks and 3 - 3cracks...should've been 4 of each. Overall seems like a nice set tho and hopefully I can get a correct set and then I plan to keep. Took off stars due to tile mistake..
