Works as a good solution for a woman to wash her hair that is bedridden. It's comfortable on the back neck. Doesn't spill or get mattress wet if towel is put underneath. Caregiver is able to rinse thoroughly. Inflates with tool easily.

It is very useful and makes shampooing easy However, the pump broke in half as soon as I started to inflate item.....had to tape pump back together to use it

This is an inflatable shampoo bowl. It's a decent size and comes with an air pump. The air pump took FOREVER to inflat the bowl, so I used my electric pump. Also, the built in pillow was kind of in the way. I deflated it when soaking my hair. Lastly, the shampoo bowl easily stains, so if you have dye in your hair then I wouldn't recommend.

The basin is great but the pump doesn't work

Pretty sure it was used. It was sticky and it had a hair and bug on the tubing. It also smelled strongly like chemicals. Took forever to inflate but once it was cleaned and everything it was fine. I don't appreciate getting sent a used dirty one though.
