DeMarini 2025 Zen USSSA Baseball Bat -8

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 11 year old asked for this bat for his tournament team. He is beyond happy with his swing and how the ball travels. Got “bat checked” for his rec team and his smile was ear to ear.

My son loves Demarini! He has swung a CF for years and now that they aren't being made anymore, we decided to get the Zen to replace it. The way the bat is loaded is perfect for him. He has tried other bats recently and even went to DSG to try out some others. He decided to buy a different bat but changed his mind while we were in the check out line and ran back and got the CF. He did convince me to buy him an Easton Hype Fire but quickly learned that this bat wasn't the best fit for him. We ended up buying him a new CF shortly after. He hit 4 home runs this year with the CF and we bought him the Zen to replace one that he wore out. Definitely sticking with Demarini as long as we can!

This was my son’s second Demarini, he was sizing up to a 29” drop 8 from a 30” drop 10 and the transition has been seamless. We followed the break in procedures and the bat has performed as expected, flawless! He is about a month in to swinging it and has no complaints or issues. Highly recommend it.

I bought a Zoa for my son. The end cap popped off in less than two weeks. Demarion sent us a new Zenn. We have used it for a week and the bat is already cracked and they are refusing to honor warranty on 2nd bat. Do not put yourself in this situation. Very poor workmanship and quality. Buy anything else.

My son got this bat almost at release. He swings a 29/21 and is a huge Demarini fan however he received a bat that has zero pop. Easily 500 hacks so it should be broken in, and still no pop. His friend has a drop 10 and it sounds WAY different, like the way a composite bat should sound. He has since put in the garage and went back to the 2021 CF. Not sure if he received a bad bat, which is possible but it’s fell short of all the hype.
