Demine Knee Kinesiology Tape, 10 Pcs Precut Kinesiology Tape for Knees Pain Relief and Support (Black)

At my age, the knees have taken it's toll from working 50 plus years in the construction field. Now that I'm retired and exercise daily to stay active, sometimes there's stiffness and tightness, the support is a big help to ease the tightness and pain.

I don't understand the magic that is kinesiology tape, but I absolutely love it. I have knee issues intermittently that make it hard to work out know and again. I'm currently weight training and it involves a lot of squats. Without the tape it's murder, with the tape it's very manageable. It was very easy to apply and stayed put for my whole workout.

Best knee tape ever I will highly recommend buying from them. That still was very patient. It arrived on time the pressure that it applied. It helped my knee pain almost immediately in a couple days. I would highly recommend buying it. I love it. I love it. I love it.

These are great, stretchy and fits well on knee. Was used to put on and did not pull the skin. Would buy again.

The pre-cut design facilitates ease of application. However, the adhesive strength is not as robust as anticipated. The remaining aspects are satisfactory; the product demonstrates good quality.

The tape has good stretch and sticks well. Is hard to get to lay flat without creases. Stayed on well playing sports in the heat.

Definitely not easy to put on; and not what they are cracked up to be...personally felt no support in the knee area. Not sure how these even help runners. Sorry I bought three boxes.

A waste of $$. Getting this on was almost impossible since the tape kept sticking together and I ruined 3 of them in the process. If I can, I will return this.

upon putting it on it rips easily. Absolutely no support at all. Waist of money. I do not recommend this product at all.

these were just way too big. the glue isn't great and it rolled up and made a mess. just going to stick with my tried and true KT tape
