It's like a new breath of fresh air. After washing all the bedding and sleep wear, my morning coughing, post nasal drip and extreme muscus production are 90% improved. I'm so glad I finally figured out I had a dust mite allergy. I'm sad it is so pricey. After a few days the benefits start to wear off, now have to change the bedding twice a week to keep the benefit. I will wash larger loads to stretch the Demite.

My 5 year old is allergic to dust mites after an allergy test was done. I use this for his bedding and his blanket he likes to use when he is on the couch. His nasal congestion has reduced significantly. No weird after smell either.

I have been using this product for many years. I have such sensitive skin and it really helps with all the little things that one can't see, but bite! It is added to the wash, so don't have to wait until the rinse cycle to add.

Hard to give this five stars when I can't prove that it actually works (can't really see mites or other allergens on my linens). It's hard to say how much it reduces allergens, but since I have cats that sleep on my bed plus two dogs and seasonal allergies, I use it for peace of mind. I add the product in all my loads of bed linens, bath towels, dog blankets, and pet beds. It has a somewhat thick molasses-like texture and an unoffensive light scent. I have a top loading washer. To use, I put a measuring cup in my washer after it has a couple inches of water, and then I add my laundry detergent, and then I add my clothes. The measuring cup is provided. This is a large bottle, so I anticipate it will last me 4-6 months (I wash linens weekly). So while it seems a little pricey, it really isn't a bad cost per load for an additive.

i can not prive this kills dust mites but fir a low price per sheet load why not add it as extra protection. I can report there is no negative effect on the laundry detergent.

1) This product smells bad. I washed my bedding in it for the first time today, now my bedding and the entire house smells like a mix of manure and urine. 2) The directions are unintelligible. 3) The little plastic measuring cup provided has only one gradation marking on it of 2 Tbsp (or 30mL), which matches none of the unintelligible directions usage amounts. 4) The lid lets the smelly product leak, no matter how tightly you screw it back on. Please remove the Made In USA statement from the label, it is embarrassing. You people have done an awful job. That's all, I'm off to re-wash my bedding, minus demite in hopes of removing the odor. The product came with a measuring cup that did not indicate the amount they suggested to use. I washed all of my linens and pillows with the product, but I still had allergy congestion.
