when I chatted with customer service on the app. I had one problem with my Freezer. It had several little dents on the lid chest freezer the only one I was concerned about was on the front of the lid. but it didn't effect the closing. So they said return it. well I don't have a car-truck so that's a no there. So they offered me $6.5O off on price. "I told them to keep their money" So I forgot about it now. but it looks USED. it serves its function %26 purpose.

plenty of room for 12 canbed drinks without taking up shelf space in door compartment. freezee holds rwo ice trays with room for a few frozen dinner entres. awesome.

The black color matches my current appliances. It is small, compact, and takes up little space. It keeps my frozen foods frozen and offers more space than the fridge freezer.

The chest freezer is exactly as advertised. It is so convenient to have it next to the kitchen instead of having to go to the basement. The freezer works as it should and we think it is a good buy for the price. The freezer arrived in a timely manner.

this freezer has been awesome for us and I'm very very happy with it The only thing is it's a lot smaller than what I expected

I like the size how it keeps it temperature I live in a small apartment and the freezer is the perfect size

I read all the reviews about dents. Mine did come with a dent in the back. But for 55% off the price I will keep it. Does keep food cold. The door can be reversed. The shelves aren't adjustable but they can be removed if you need more height. If you looking for an low cost freezer and dont care about the dents, as long as it dont affect the performance, its an ok buy.

The freezer is fine but it had a big dent in it, probably from shipping. They need to be more careful

This is definitely a lot smaller than I anticipated. Not to mention the shipping cost of $60. I should have just went to a store and purchased one so I'd know exactly what I'm spending $200 on.

I want to have the freezer I purchased va few weeks ago picked up and a new one in its place. The seal was damaged on the one delivered. I just want a new freezer brought to replace the damaged one please!
