This freezer is just the right size for overflow storage. It can be used also as a very cold refrigerator. The only negatives are the styling of the shelves and it was difficult to find/use the temperature control. Overall, though, very worth the investment.

The item is exactly what I wanted. It was delivered in less than two days. However. I was not pleased that it had two dents in the front door. I needed it for a reason and time was the critical factor. Other than that, it was a good experience from order to delivery.

I have the temp on 2.5 right now cause anyother number goes to -20 degrees. I wish the top shelf could be removed, I saw it was small area, but way smaller than I thought. I also wish it had a basket in the bottom. If I were building this, I would have 2 shelves and a basket in the bottom, and it would be perfect. The top shelf was a waste!

bought this little freezer for my apartment to store meals in. the size and look are great and I love the shelving as opposed to traditional freezers. definitely suggest!

I just got this yesterday afternoon and I had ordered groceries because the delivery time was 1045 to 145 so I arranged the food delivery after that, then they changed the freezer delivery to be 1 to 3. I sat by my door waiting because it said signature required. They just left it on the ground and there's 3 steps. It's 60 lbs and I can't carry that alone. My actual question is how strict is the 24 hour time before I can plug it in? I had it unpacked by 3:00, but my food will be melted by then

Fed Ex dumped in the middle of my driveway rather than close to house. Says right on box to not leave in sun. Freezer is scratched on top and 2 sides plus has a broken back wheel so won’t set level. Why pack this freezer? Are there supposed to be ice trays? The temp control is in the back on the bottom so difficult to find and when full can’t adjust. Bad design.

there was a small dent on top of freezer reported early on and would not give partial refund after we saw it still worked fine. Wanted us to return whole thing and cost of shipping and no freezer as a result!!!wish walmart would have worked with us!saved money all around!!still not to late to make it right!!!

The top two shelves did not even get cold, the frozen food I put in thawed. Only the bottom shelf stayed frozen.
