Poor packaging for shipment but great item.
The plugs are the best. Must use a thin wall 14mm spark plug socket to install in a Corolla. My package arrived in the usual thin mylar bag which is unacceptable for these fragile iridium plugs. The ceramic part can get a hairline crack (would you ship a ceramicmug or statue in a bag) and the computer adjusted gap can't be reset. The Denso webpage even says if a plug appears to have been dropped, return to vendor. They are fragile and need to be shipped in a box with extra packing. Do we know that the package won't be tossed around, i.e. tossed down onto concrete steps. Ouch!!
