they were very helpful to me. I found that this was only an impression not to actually have them create night guards. so when I sent the the impression pictures to them they notified me of this. but it wasn't very much to have them create night guards for me with them. so I paid it shipped them off. they got them back to me fairly quickly and one of them actually had a problem with one of my teeth. that tooth is actually loose so when the impression was made it actually pushed my tooth outward. so when I got the guard it actually pushed my tooth outward which hurt. notified them of this and they had no problem with it and actually digitally fixed it after I took a picture of the inside of my mouth of how my teeth were laid out and they were able to fix it, create a new one and ship it to me and it works beautifully on the bottom teeth and same with the top. so now my teeth are protected at night.

did exactly what it says

When I bought this I was not sure if it will work or not for my teeth modeling. To my surprise, it works perfectly. Just take equal amount of both putty and mix until you get uniform color. Mixing time is around 1 min and setting time is nearly 3-4 mins. Would recommend 100%.

I would not have given them a rating at all if I could. They won't contact me back after not even shipping it out. It is a sorry company only out to steal self-conscience ppls money. Don't ever get anything from the company they because they will take your money and you won't get your item(s)
