I boiled on the stove for two minutes, softened perfectly %26 molded right around my teeth. Fits snugly so it "clicks" %26 stays in place like the dentist ones. My dentist charged $750 for my first one which I lost %26 she wouldn't discount a replacment. This was only ten bucks %26 I'm thrilled. I trimmed it with scissors for an even better fit. Entire process was less than five minutes. I've had ones that were bulky but this one isn't. It has the perfect amount of gel. Slept through the night without a single problem. Going to buy a backup. I even had two other brands in my bedside table that are bulky and never used (pictured) so you can compare.

Im very pleased with this night guard. Snug fit and doesnt come out during the night. I definitely recommend this teeth guard.

I have been using these dental guards for many, many years, and they have definitely helped me avoid further tooth breakage. The process to mold them is fairly easy and the fit is comfortable and can be adjusted with scissors if necessary. BUT… I ordered two kits at the beginning of the year because they were on sale. When I got around to try to mold them last week, the material was completely unmalleable despite multiple attempts, using both boxes. I suppose it's too late for a refund and I'm just stuck now. I have seen this mentioned repeatedly in recent reviews. I did order another one that has a different marking on the box this week, and it worked perfectly. Be sure to look for the little yellow“NEW ComfortTek fit“ logo on the front.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Dental Guards These dental guards work great and are comfortable to wear. They fit well and provide good protection without feeling too bulky. The quality is better than I expected for the price. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them.

I wear mouthguards every night because I have TMJ. I bite down and grind my teeth at night unintentionally. ​I have purchased this mouth guard before and I liked it, but it cracked easily along the front seam. It lasted about a month. I purchased this again recently and the base of it seems very thick, even though I molded it to fit my mouth. ​I tried heating it up again, trying to remold and sink my teeth deeper. It's as deep as they will go. It still seemed thick and bulky. After wearing it for about a week, my lower teeth started to hurt and start to feel a little loose... like worrisome loose. After switching back to my old night guard, my teeth feel back to normal.

I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because it PROBABLY does what it's supposed to. Problem is I can't get past the gagging to find out. I followed the directions and made the perfect fit. It's just very bulky and very hard to get used to. I gagged the entire time it was in my mouth and would never dream of trying to sleep in it. You literally cannot close your mouth which I suppose is the whole idea so you don't grind your teeth, but.....this isn't the solution for me. I'm going to see if my dentist can custom make me a very thin version.

I would give this item 0 for sadly I purchased this, hoping to help with my jaw clenching at night, only to find it when I boiled it the guard itself would not get soft enough to form to my teeth. I did try this twice as directed. Even after biting down as hard as I possibly, could, it still would not form to my teeth. It's basically like having a piece of plastic just sitting in my mouth.

mouth guard kind of split at its seam. I wore it one night, and it kind of cut the side of my tongue. I'll have to throw it away.

Barely molded at all after multiple times of repeating the full instructions. Even once it was slightly “molded,” it was still nearly impossible to wear. Essentially just a lump of plastic between the teeth. No chance that will stay in place all night.

The worst night guard I have tried. Impossible to mold to teeth correctly. I have been doing this for years and this is the worse one I have ever tried. I will be requesting a refund. Too small, too short, and too hard to mold. The molding tray is crap too. This may work for a small child, but for anyone with adult teeth- run away.
