It has stretchy lining which allows for breathability, just wear with loose clothing for maximum use. While sizing comes in different ranges the stretch allows for multiple sizes! The cuffing around the legs and waist offers maximum protection as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product. Actually used after surgery, very comfortable, no leaks, didn't have a weird smell to it, size was perfect! Flexible and didn't feel like I was wearing a diaper. Would definitely buy again if needs!

Depend is all I wear as an under garment and it's very comfortable, but I would really appreciate a little more leak protection towards the back. For example if am lying on my back and I have an accident my clothes soaked. That's my only problem with this product I love it an would like continue using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The underwear were a good fit and the size is just right. They are very absorbent and no leaks or smells at all. I couldn't even tell I wasn't wearing regular underwear. They weren't bulky or uncomfortable. I highly recommend them.

I now have to use these for incontinence. I wish the padding was more absorbent . A bigger pad would be nice and a waistband that is more durable and absorbent would help with leakage. It's frustrating enough to have to use these as is, it's even more annoying when you try to put one on and it's either ripping at the seams or I'm poking a hole through it with my finger. Also when I pull it down to releave my bladder the absorbent pad will sometimes pull away or rip away from the shell of the diaper. A less noisy material would be appreciated too. Nobody likes to advertise what we have to do or use in the bathroom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These have a feeling like a diaper so they aren't very comfortable, and they fit strangely even though the size says it's big enough. I didn't notice any odor although I wasn't exactly smelling for one. They seem to absorb good for everyday leaks that occur with age.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Underwear leaked and sagged. It doesn't cover your bottom completely which was disappointing. It was comfortable to wear though. It stretches and is soft against your skin. The padding inside the underwear is way too thin also.

I have used your products for several years and they always met my needs till now. The Large Maximum, 40 pack has completely changed. It touts “New Softer and Quieter.” I never had leaks before. Now I do. I can't tell if I'm losing control of my bladder or the latest version of Depend does not hold as much as the previous version. I have to change several times a day. I'm glad to be retired. I can no longer recommend this product.

I don't understand the purpose of these diapers. The minute I went it leaked right through them and my entire pants are soaking wet. I barely went twice.
