My husband is incontinent and the guards have added an extra layer of protection. The guards with the briefs adds good protection.

Product was not what shown b4 order. After I received order I see they show old product (which I wanted) and new product (which was not at all absorbent as what I ordered. Totally false advertising. I would never recommend this Jean market company. Beware.

Unhappy in Kansas
Walmart delivered the wromg item. I ordered the 30X and got the 12X. Then I returned it to the local store in Great Bend KS as instructed and they would not accept the return after I drove 30 miles to return the item I am not happy.
