I highly recommend the Silhouette style Depend underwear. They are true to the suggested size chart and are very comfortable while providing excellent absorbancy. I was surprised at how well they fit under clothes when I first switched to Silhouette and haven't looked back.

What I love most about these is the softness of the "underwear." I have tried many and these and silhouette do not have the ribbed elastic bands around the lower belly. That part from other brands irritate me to no end. Not only make me feel hotter but also sitting for long periods leave a indent as though I was wearing a clothing garment too tight. Silhouette is just like wearing comfortable cotton underwear and my mood is much happier for it. I also like that there is a tab showing the back. Have you ever put one of these diapers on backwards? If you have, you are chuckling right now because you know exactly what I mean. Silhouette is clear on front and back. Absorbent too. Large 12 count and also come in more quantity per bag.

I think this product is probably the best one on the market. These are so comfortable and actually have a nice color to them. Great absorbency. Depends are expensive but so valuable when you need them. Get correct size though.

I normally buy an "XL" in the other brands I buy, but these obviously need a size smaller, These will work well in a size "L" . They are also great (actually better than) what I need for bladder control issues that I have.
