I think this product is probably the best one on the market. I started with regular pens then I had been in the hospital and I noticed they were giving me a different cut, which was wonderful considering that they took both of my inner thighs and went up into my heart to do a procedureso I couldn't have anything touching that. I highly recommend the Silhouette style Depend underwear. They are true to the suggested size chart and are very comfortable while providing excellent absorbancy. I was surprised at how well they fit under clothes when I first switched to Silhouette and haven't looked back.

Incontinence is real! I'd never thought I would have to admit it, but I am happy to have a product that makes me feel like I'm not wearing a diaper. The sizing is on target and the smooth material guarantees that my clothing fits smoothly. I only wish they had other colors to choose from. Not the black ones, they look gray and dingy. These are so comfortable and actually have a nice color to them. Great absorbency. Depends are expensive but so valuable when you need them. Get correct size though.

I normally buy an "XL" in the other brands I buy, but these obviously need a size smaller, These will work well in a size "L" . They are also great (actually better than) what I need for bladder control issues that I have.
