very nice works great love the cheese slicer

The assembly instructions were poor as there were details associated with the installation that we absent. In particular the the placement of the slicer was not clear.

Looked good but didn't work because only one of the two screws needed to mske it work was missing

Well to start my husband had to take the handle off and put it on correctly. Not sure if that was just our box or if they are all that way? Once it was put together the right way it works fine and it comes with extra wires which is a nice touch, and I'll give them extra points for that.

it fell a part first time using it , i won't recommend this to anyone

Mine came with the wire that is supposed to be attached not attached and crooked. I guess it broke off. And when I tried putting one of the extra wires included, it was absolutely impossible. And no show how instructions.

Can NOT recommend. The stainless steel metal platform is great. The only issue is the wires are twisted at the end to go in the device and they untwist and fail. First wire I got 75% through a block of cheese, second wire failed in 3 cuts. Smaller block of cheese worked longer. Looking for a couple screws that will fill in the slots to lock the wire in from untwisting. But those should have already been in the product.

I will not recommend this product to anyone. It was disassembled when it arrived and it is very difficult to put a new wire on it. Plus it is crooked and the wire is anchored too far back at the hinge and gets caught and bent by the tray. I have already ordered a replacement cheese slicer, one I have used in the past and know it will arrive fully assembled and ready for use.

it is very cheaply made and does not work well

I'm still working on putting this product together, it is almost impossible to get the wire to line up not too mention to get it in the slots and it stay. Two other people try to help me put this product together and all three of us failed. Unless you're a rocket engineer I don't suggest you buy this product.
