I used to have to add oils after washing my hair, or use a rich pomade to nourish my scalp and tame flyaways, but this shampoo and conditioner have got me covered. Got several compliments after I started using and I'm sticking with it!

I use the shampoo, conditioner, and deep treatment for my hair care. They are amazing and very moisturizing for my curls! There is a minty factor but doesn't bother me at all - smells fresh, just have to be careful to avoid getting in the eyes. Ulta does not sell them anymore, so please don't discontinue this line!!! I'm stocking up just in case. The packaging is wasteful and could be improved, but not much different from other brands.

I was hoping this would be my regular shampoo since it has overall great ingredients, is very affordable, and made especially for curly hair. It's very cleansing and has a pleasant fruity/juicy yet fresh scent. However, I cannot stand the menthol/mint. I somehow missed this in the ingredients list. It doesn't smell like mint at all but it's too tingly on my sensitive scalp. This would make a great deep cleanse in the summer when I could sometimes handle it. So bummed! Maybe Alba likes the minty stimulation but it's a bit much for me. I do like the deep condition and want to try the styling creme when it's back in stock since it only goes on the ends of my hair.

This shampoo works super well for my thick curly hair. It feels clean but not stripped. The smell is not bad but it is strange, somewhat medicinal. Hawaiian punch and menthol? It doesn't stick in my hair too long, and using other scented products helps.

Just like I wrote about the conditioner, I absolutely loved what this did for my hair, but I cannot get over the foul menthol. It would be perfect without it.

Was hoping this could be my new shampoo. Nourishing Shampoo is what I've been using for years, mostly due to highly sensitive skin and low scent, But now you are no longer making it!!! I cannot use Curl shampoo with my curly hair, as it has Almond oil & I'm allergic!! Don't like any of your other shampoos. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". Companies never learn, do they? I Will no longer be a customer. Doubt you will post this!
