Great Product

I really like that this lotion is non-toxic and even gluten-free (if that's a consideration for you). We like the creaminess of the lotion, and that it absorbs nicely without feeling greasy. My husband takes it to work in his backpack and appreciates the travel convenience. He also likes that it's fragrance-free (especially at work!). Definitely a great product!

WHY don't the others feel the same? I know there are minor "tweaks" to the other formulas in this line but they don't feel AT ALL like this "plain" one. This is the ONLY one I can truly 100% recommend. I don't understand that but since discovering there IS a DISTINCT difference THIS (the PLAIN/FRAGRANCE FREE) is the only one I will buy. It's not that the others cause allergenic reactions but they don't FEEL the same!!! NOT as moisturizing.

I have chemical sensitivities as well as allergies to fragrances, and its hard to find natural, fragrance free products. This is the best lotion that I've found; a rich moisturizer but not too greasy. I'm over 40 and this lotion keeps my skin soft, well hydrated and younger looking.

I wish this product didn't have QUITE as many ingredients. But I've tried to "single source" with various oils - jojoba, grapeseed, avacado - and found them all too greasy to apply right before bed or dressing. This product sooths and softens without being greasy. And I appreciate the fact that it uses organic ingredients. Thanks, too, for the deep discounts, Swanson! I've been looking for a natural body lotion for a long time now. For the last year I have been using coconut oil, but there are times when I prefer to use lotion. It's not greasy and absorbs well into the skin. It feels light and my skin feels like it can breathe, unlike with other lotions I've tried. I will be buying this brand of lotion for a long time. I purchased this unscented one and the lavender. The lavender scent fades, so don't be afraid of trying it.

This used to be my go-to lotion, thanks to it being unscented and oh so soothing. The latest container of this I bought from here this month has a new lemony scent to it. Though not terribly strong, it is noticeable and bothers me. Also the lotion is now tackier and less watery--I do not like it. Most of all it is no longer soothing and does irritate my skin some; not as bad as most other lotions I've used, but this is not the soothing,gentle, unscented lotion I fell in love with. I am disappointed and will just have to gift this to someone else. Note: I might be ridiculously sensitive to most everything, so perhaps this won't bother your skin at all. The Avalon Lavender Hand & Body lotion that eats my skin alive and leaves me feeling like I'm on fire apparently does not bother the person I gifted it to and they love it. YMMV.

I don't like the smell at all. Smells like it is old and gone bad.

I normally love this product and have been using it for years. However, what's pictured on your site is not what I received. Mine basically looked the same except it didn't have the NSF seal on the front. When I opened it, it had an off-putting smell. I checked the ingredients against an older bottle I have, and there are a bunch more ingredients added. Looks like chemicals and preservatives. I was happy with Swanson's service and delivery. However, I was very disappointed in the changes to one of my favorite products. I will be looking for a new, organic, fragrance-free lotion.
