I use this to keep my hair in place. Works great!

I purchased the Coconut Shine & Refine Hair Lotion because I was looking for a leave-in conditioner that was a little more moisturizing than the one I had previously used. My natural curls tend to be dry and this product works for me by smoothing my hair without weighing it down.

My hair is about 50% gray, and has become very dry and flyaway. Most conditioners I've found require rinsing, and nothing seems to be left on my hair afterward. This product is a leave-in, no-rinse product, it stays on my hair and has tamed it dramatically.

I use this product on my face. It has really smoothed out lines and I've had comments that my skin looks noticeably younger since using it. My skin feels softer. I use it as a moisturizer before applying make up. This is much cheaper than skin products I've used that were not as effective.

I LOVE this product! I have arm-pit length relaxed black hair and I used it as a leave-in after I wash out my deep conditioner. I squeeze some water from my hair with my hands, the apply about a quarter sized amt to the length of my hair. You can immediately feel it smoothing down the cuticles. Then I use about a dime size amt on for the front, back, and edges. That's all you need! I've had the same bottle for months now. It really detangles and helps hold in moisture if you have dry hair.

I really like this hair product. It doesn't completely control my frizz, but it makes my hair so super soft, shiny, and it smells wonderful. I've been looking for a more natural frizz product and I feel I will be using this for a long time.

This is a great condition product which rounds out the rest of the Desert Essence line (which I use) and is a good way to be sure your ends remain 'fed' without being heavy. I especially like that the products all work together. I really love the fragrance.

Smells nice. Feels good when you first put it on but later dries out my hair. So I will not be purchasing again and I still have a almost full bottle lying around my house.

This product although it keeps the frizz "down" unless you like the feel of tons of hairspray on your hair, that is exactly what this product feels like on my hair and it feels weighty. You can't even run you fingers through your hair without feeling a pull, it's like running your fingers through tangled hair. Plus when I tried to curl my hair it would not hold the curl. My hair styles better without this product. One more thing, it does not leave a shine on your hair like it claims to do. The quality of this product is average. Smells nice. Doesn't meet my expectation.

I was looking for a product that would add shine and softness to my gray hair and this did not. It left my hair weighed down and then later on when I tried to comb it, the comb got stuck in my hair wherever I had put this lotion in. I literally could not get the comb through my hair. I did not over use the lotion either. I returned it.
