The only reason my silk presses come out great. The bottle was taped at the top and still did leak alittle bit of the product out but I'm just not nit picky enough to call them & send back the old one. They're customer service is always excellent! So no complaints.

WALMART HAS INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES! SENT ITEM THAT WAS SPILLED ALL OVER THE PACKAGING AND TO MAKE MATTER WORSE IT WAS THE WRONG ITEM. I ORDERED THE PRIMER NOT SHIELD PROTECTOR. TWICE I WAS SENT THE WRONG ITEM! IM ABSOLUTELY DONE WITH WALMART. BACK TO TARGET

not a primer 😔
this product is not the one i want, is not a primer. the one i had at home , is totally different from this one. my have a conditioner cream and this one is just oil. i saw this one in Sally store, i try it and it didn't give me the shine i get with the primer. i believe the formula is being changed. too bad 😞😔.
