WALMART HAS INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES! SENT ITEM THAT WAS SPILLED ALL OVER THE PACKAGING AND TO MAKE MATTER WORSE IT WAS THE WRONG ITEM. I ORDERED THE PRIMER NOT SHIELD PROTECTOR. TWICE I WAS SENT THE WRONG ITEM! IM ABSOLUTELY DONE WITH WALMART. BACK TO TARGET

not a primer 😔
this product is not the one i want, is not a primer. the one i had at home , is totally different from this one. my have a conditioner cream and this one is just oil. i saw this one in Sally store, i try it and it didn't give me the shine i get with the primer. i believe the formula is being changed. too bad 😞😔.

No cap on product; contents are a different color from advertising. Not wrapped securely like my other ordered items from same company Design Essentials.

I didn't receive the blow dry primer.. I received blow dry protection only when I specifically ordered the primer .

Leaking Bottle
It was delivered without a lid on the spray top. It leaked in the box and on the other item in the delivery! The label is coming off the bottle.
