This is as stated a heavy-duty case. Based on what I saw I didn't realize it was going to be that much heavier than my last case (which I couldn't find anymore online). It makes it a lot more unwieldy. I find myself dropping my phone a lot more than I used to (hardly ever). I do like the fact it has no built in screen protector, saved me the step of having to remove it as I had to do for my last case, since I have a glass screen protector on my phone. However this case doesn't fit well with it. It is a hair too snug I think. Had a hairline crack in my screen protector and it got a lot worse when I put this case on it. If you are someone who drops their phone a lot (regardless of case), and doesn't use a glass screen protector, this would probably be a good purchase as it does seem pretty heavy duty. But for me I would have preferred something a little lighter.
