Broken glass
The reason why letting you know about this picture frame is because the glass was broken. And I didn't ask for that kind they changed my order. The one I wanted was Plex so I wouldn't have to worry about breaking.

Shipped in paper bag
Shipped in a paper bag. Received in 50,000 pieces. I'm not bring a smashed up 5.00 frame to you for a replacement. Poor customer service.
