I got this after using another diaper eash cream for some time but i found iit ran iut too quivk cqyse it was so small and i needed something with a higher strength because my baby would get rashes if i skipped on it a few times ir she sat on her poop for hours overnight but once i got this rashes were gone for good!! And ut was also so effective at getting rid of the rash she had when i first purchased it and even though i kept ysing it dealy with teething she was starting to develop another rash this stopped it right on time!! I use it every time the child of the house irritates his skin due to the ass this gives him very fast relief the cream creates a protective barrier on the skin. Without a doubt it is a product that I recommend not only to children but also to adults if they want to use it for any irritation.

I don't have to use desitin often but when I do this is my go to! I typically only have to apply one time and it clears up! The cream goes on smooth and is easily removed at next changing.
