This is the only thing that worked for my sons but rash! It also great for babies that drool a lot— and gets rid of drool rash! I would recommend getting this product! It is tried and true! There is a reason it's been around for years! We have bought countless bottles and they all are the same consistency! It is consistent great product! Just cannot be left out in the sun or it gets runny!

This Desitin isn't just for baby diaper rash, i was gonna the all in one Desitin but it wasn't available so i got this maximum strength and used it for the diaper rash %26 the rashes over my baby's body (Will attach a picture of the rashes) and it dried them up. I use it once a day for his body rashes ( only @night) then moisturise his skin well in the morning to avoid ove rdrying his skin. I totally recommend it.

I started using this for my babies. It keeps a very sore diaper rash from burning. Now that they're all grown up, they used it too. Construction workers do a lot of sweating in sensitive areas, and it works great. I have a intestinal disease that leads to sores that need help, and it works beautifully.

Ah, yes. Good old diaper cream. Remember it well... Sad to say that it's 45 years later and now I need it for myself, not the baby! DESITIN works like a charm. Although there is one thing I just do not remember at all. I would have thought I would have remembered if just touching this stuff with cloth of any kind ruined the cloth, i.e., clothing. I don't remember ever having this issue before. But I sure do now. I guess the only fix is to be ultra careful not to get this cream on anything you ever want to wear again. My biggest problem is transfer from my fingers, even though I wipe, it gets on my jeans, etc. The towels don't matter but it is highly annoying to have permanent white marks on your clothes. That's my only complaint. I love Desitin, still works perfectly, does the job. Just watch your fingers...

The purple Desitin is like a paste it stays on it does not rub off. So that means that it heals much faster. Babies have rashes that have difficulty healing this is what you need to buy hands down the best!

There is mold in pack expiration date November 22/2025. Thankfully I checked it before my son tried to eat it.

I bought 2 containers of destin and in the first one I opened I found a piece of sponge. How is it possible that in such a delicate product for babies that happens. Who do not know that this has contact with the skin of babies? What a bad control of this brand.

item came broken because they shipped it in a bag without any bubble wrap protecting it. i now have to go to target to buy one until i get another one shipped out. in addition i have to print and ship the damaged one back instead of throwing it out which is super inconvenient.
