I highly recommend these panties. I bought them after having my third c-section to have something with a little compression to keep everything together but still be comfortable. These did the job. I got them in all three colors and still wear them because they have that slight compression that is great for wearing dresses or tucked in shirts with jeans and they don't roll down due to the grip they have at the waist. Great buy!

Stretchy and seems very comfortable. I haven't been able to try it post partum just yet, but from what I can tell, it will be helpful.

I gave thses to my daughter she just had a baby and now lives with me. These postpartum shaper came right on time. They work really well. She said they are soft and easy on the stomach as she has to get a C-section. Her stomach is going down nicely along with her breastfeeding the baby

These postpartum undies from Destination Maternity are probably the best ones I've ever had. The compression provides support without feeling too tight and restrictive. The waistband doesn't bunch up or slip down. They're soft and I appreciate that the material around the leg holes doesn't dig into my skin. These are still comfortable at the end of the day. It was easy to determine my size and they've held up really well in the washing machine!

Oh my goodness. These are the best panties i have ever owned. They fit perfectly and they are so unbelievably soft. My body looks great in these. I'm going to go buy more because these are fantastic. They dont fall down like other spanx type panties do. These are fabulous. These are definitely a must have item for mama's. You have to run out and get you some. You will not be disappointed.

This destination maternity postpartum compress brief fits well, and the fabric is nice and soft. The whole brief is stretchy and doesn't compress like other ones. It has a high waist with a soft silicone liner that prevents it from rolling down and doesn't feel uncomfortable at all. Moreover, I feel comfortable while wearing it. The cutting and natural black give me security and support after giving birth.

These postpartum undies are super soft and really comfortable, but I wouldn’t call them compression underwear. I think they offer more support as maternity panties than if you needed them to compress following a C-section like I did. I’d market them towards pregnant women as opposed to marketing towards postpartum. The panty liner in the center also started to roll after the first wear so that could probably stand to be reinforced better with some stitching or stronger fabric glue.
