The first order showed up damaged with rust where the rotor touches the pad. The second item came in the right box but was the wrong product. The upc was crossed out and a different incorrect model was hand written on the box. Their customer service made me answer a bunch of questions, send pictures etc. just to have them say "thanks, now please contact walmart to process the return. We can't send out a replacement or do anything for you". This was after they admitted fault. I highly recommend avoiding this company and product even if it costs you a bit more. We will be.
