Arrived on time and as descriped

I use these to keep my levels topped up. I can't seem to manage otherwise. I don't know exactly how effective they are yet because I haven't taken them for long enough. They're very tiny so they're really easy to take.

Vegans, no matter how good their diets, are frequently deficient in vitamin B-12. I personally tend to be anemic if I don't supplement. This is a convenient way to get both supplements. Deva makes high quality, affordable vegan supplements. It can be challenging to find regular supplements that don't use gelatin (animal derived). I also use the Deva multi-vitamin mineral.

Pills were of varying size with a bad taste.
