We love that this product that includes Boswellia-a wonderful addition for inflammation in joints/allergies - on top of the Glucosamine for the joints benefits. This is also VEGAN which makes is a "cleaner" product for us. As for how many you need to take: True, as mentioned here, YOU NEED 3 per day, but the tablets are smooth and we have no problem in swallowing them after a meal- sometimes we take only 2 daily. DIGESTION wise - we had no problem with taking this for months now, daily, and we ARE SENSITIVE that way. IT HAS ALSO a digestion ENZYME in the ingredients! We first bought the Glucosamine of this brand WITHOUT all the other added ingredients and switched to this one because of the added ingredients.

The quality and price of these vegan tablets have been the best that I've found. They improve my joint function with added turmeric for anti-inflammatory benefits. I definitely notice a difference and I will continue to have these as part of my daily routine.

Good product and excellent comany. Especially love that it's vegan. It's worked great for my arthritis. I have been taking it since before newer ingredients were added. However, because I have recently been told by my oncologist that turmeric should not be taken with certain estrogen loving cancers, I will be looking for a product without turmeric.

I'm taking this form of Glucosamine because it's vegan and also because of the added MSM and CMO. I began using Glucosamine years ago when I began to suffer knee discomfort. I think the quality and ingredients are good. I would have given it a 5 star except that I prefer capsules as opposed pills, otherwise the benefits of this is great for joints.

I like how you can discern visibly that there's a good amount of turmeric in there and can definitely taste the pungencyof this product. Having only employed it for one month, I will have to continue the regimen, so far so good though. Worth a try for sure, as per the price and a fully plant-based option!
