I have being using this product for a few weeks and I have notice that my hair, nails and skin look more healthy. My hair doesn't break easy. My skins looks more even and my nails look healthly also.

Just got my hair cut yesterday and me and my hairdresser both agreed, my hair is getting sooo long...works great!!

I appreciate that these are vegan. However, they have a distinctive smell and taste. For the cost, I would buy again, but would appreciate less odor/taste.

I think these are good quality and provide a lot of nutrients that can help skin and hair. I don't like the smell, although it's not horrible. And they're a bit difficult to swallow, and I usually don't have a problem swallowing pills. It just might be due to the size. If you have difficulty swallowing pills, you might want to skip this one.

I like that it's Vegan, but that is the ONLY thing I liked. Opening the bottle, the smell is nasty & overwhelming. The size is huge & not coated, making it difficult to swallow. Along with the smell, I could NOT take these. Can not recommend.

This stuff smells horrible, and it started to bother my stomach!! Stopped taking immediately and everything cleared up
