This product has saved me many hundreds of dollars
I have been using Devcon Plastic Welder Epoxy since it first came out in the 1990s, and I can tell you that this product is GREAT for bonding together 2 or more pieces of HARD RIGID plastic (but not soft flexible plastics). It actually eats into the pieces, then hardens, bonding them PERMANENTLY together. Because the cap doesn't stay on well after opening, a small rubber band can keep it from sliding off.

fridge shelf repaired
I used the plastic welder to repair a junction on the white plastic frame that held the crisper drawers in my refrigerator. The bond was strong and it was easy to smooth off with a chisel so that the shelf set evenly in the frame.

Resin was too hard to use.
I ordered 7 tubes. I could only use two of them. The other 5 had one resin side that was hardened to the point I could not get it out of the tube, or if I did it was too hard to mix with the other resin. I have used this product before with no problems so it must have been something wrong with this batch,.

First 2 dispensers were fine and worked great. The next 4 are totally hardened and useless.

Not as advertised !
The product delivered was was not the same as pictured, although it is Devcon Plastic Welder, the item that I got was Devcon Home Plastic Welder and is a cream color instead of the black color in the advertisent. The product still works but definately not what was ordered. I will just make a trip to the hardware store next time.
