The description of this item says the chairs are stackable. They are not. The quality of this set is good. The table is heavy and the chairs are comfortable. I bought this set because the chairs stack and the price was good. The price is still great but the chairs do not stack. Which is a bummer!

Save your money! This set is NOT worth buying. First, it’s not stackable so that’s deceptive. Second, they hold water and it just stays pooled up on the chairs. And 3rd, we just had a brand new patio poured and this set has leaked rust all over it! Seriously it’s destroying our patio and it looks horrible! I’m furious. The reason for 2 stars is for how nice they look.

I got the item about a month ago and loved it for the first few days until it rained. Once it rained it left rust spots all over my wooden deck! I thought it would have been a one and done but it happens everytime it rains and I can’t get it out now. I contacted Walmart and they said they would send a freight over to pick it up and never did. Then they connected me to the seller of the item and they weren’t helpful they just said it shouldn’t be outdoors when it rains when it doesn’t say that in the description it literally says outdoor furniture! Horrible customer service and now my deck is ruined.

Product is bad… it was 1st delivered with a table missing, so I started the return, company emailed me to canceled the return because the company said they were going to deliver the table… so I managed to assembly the chairs ( which were in pretty bad shape and extremely hard to assembly, the holes are miss placed, they are extremely rusty, so I bought anti rust spray and i was only able to assemble 5 because some screws were missing to put the arm rest, and had 3 others from other length) table was in fact delivered when they said… BUT it seems the table was already returned by someone because it’s pretty damaged, i assembled it anyway because I had a lunch the next day and I was already half way there. But I’m extremely upset with the product and quality.

I give it 0 stars. I’ve been contacting customer service since the chairs were assembled because when it rains the chairs obviously get wet and when they do the chairs excrete rusty water. They have left rust stains in my new deck. I’ll be already had to have someone come in to power wash the deck 3 times to remove the rust. This happens from every chair every time it rains with rust all the area the chairs are located. I’m trying to rectify this by requesting new chairs or a return and I haven’t heard back from anyone in the company. At this moment I am requesting a total refund

Disappointing Experience – Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service This patio set is a complete disappointment. Despite being advertised for outdoor use, the table and chairs leaked rust every time it rained — staining everything around it. When I contacted the company, they claimed it was meant for indoor use. I pointed out that their own product description listed it as outdoor furniture, but they continued to push back. After two frustrating weeks of back and forth, they finally agreed to issue a refund — but only after I disassembled the entire set and shipped it back. To make matters worse, they sent only one shipping label for three boxes. It took another full week, over two hours on the phone, and several emails just to get the remaining labels. Only after all of that did I finally receive my refund. Avoid this product — and the hassle that comes with it.

Had a gathering for a wedding party and the seat portion has already sunk in from that one time used. Husband built the set and 4 screws got strip easily . Contact Walmart which contact the manufacturer and stated that replacement will be on the way, I’m still waiting weeks later to receive those replacements. Don’t recommend anyone to purchase this product. Cheaply made for the price you pay.

Shipped fast and way. Started putting together and found that one of the brackets on the seat part of the chair was not attached. Emailed them and no response. Makes me wonder how good the other welds are if it broke during shipping. Slats on table do not line up. Fixed myself but still could have been done correctly.

We love the look of this patio dining set. It was a great price and seems high-quality. However, when it rains water gets trapped inside the chairs and then, when you move them, all of this rusty water comes dripping out of the chairs’ seams. It’s making a huge mess on our patio and we are extremely frustrated with it. We are probably going to throw these chairs in the dump. We are really sad to do that as we love the overall look of the patio set. These are clearly not for uncovered outdoor use. We would actually like our money back as these are not what they were advertised to be.

Set is made for the outside, but everytime it rains there is a rust like liquid coming out of the chairs every time they get moved around. I'm tired of cleaning it. I'm not even using the chairs because it causes too much work to clean. Design is nice but not worth it
