I ordered double cream so I could try a British fudge recipe. I read it would take the recipe to another level. And it sure did! Double cream made my homemade fudge the best I ever had.

Sad it's so expensive
I don't know what I was expecting but when it arrived it tasted like whipped cream. I didn't use much so I had to refrigerate the rest. I turned hard and crumbly, difficult to spoon out. I put the whole jar in the microwave for 10 seconds. That helped. It was was very good on raspberries! If I ever go to England I'll get some fresh, but for delivery to the States, it's just too expensive. Sad.
