Defective Item
Hello We put in for a return less than 30 days after purchase and then again w/in 60 days. Each time I then went to the local Walmart to return the item. Each time they, meaning Walmart, told me there was something wrong on their end. So I called and waited a long time to then be told it would take up to 48 hrs to be able to return it. So I waited again and again to return with the same result. Our family is still out more than 200.00 for a defective item that was sold by your business. We are requesting for the 3rd and final time that the return be honored.
