[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it! I'm a mechanic and use it everyday. It has replaced all of my air ratchets. It has the power to take off rusty hard to break loose fasteners. And the trigger is awesome. Squeeze it just a little and you can start a bolt without worry of cross threading it. Squeeze it all the way and click torqued to spec. 🙂 the multiple bright led lights are always aimed right where your looking too which helps a lot. The day I got it my ice maker broke. So I used it to take it all apart and repair it. It's was the cleanest job it will ever see.

I've worked on so many HVAC systems and appliances where someone has stripped out the screws using a regular impact. This impact you just set it to 1 and that problem is gone (wish more techs had this!). If you need more torque just bump up the speed. Paired with DeWalts PowerStack this impact is lightweight and powerful. I was sceptical at first but have used and abused this bad boy and for sure it's replacing my older DeWalt impact on my jobs now. I absolutely recommend this tool.

The DCF845 has no problems driving a four inch screw into wood and when coupled with the new Power Stack battery it weighs substantially less! It also includes a spot for a Bluetooth adapter to keep your tools from walking away.

I have been using this for about 3 months. Great battery impact drill. Use it small projects. But the best use for it is automotive work. Small and compact fits into small and tight spaces. Powerful enough to remove rusty bolts and the settings are really nice. Overall I'm very happy with this impact.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This latest and greatest 1/4" Impact from DeWalt, the DCF845 model, on the 20V MAX XR platform has 3 Speeds and is super lightweight and skinny yet powerful enough with its brushless motor that delivers a maximum 1825 inch pounds "152 foot pounds" of torque and 3400 RPM to drive large diameter screws, bolts and other fastners. This new impact will shine on the jobsite with 30 percent more torque output than previous models. Another nice feature is the precision variable speed trigger with a 3 speed setting that limits the torque output to prevent over tightening and stripping or snapping fastners. The integrated 3 Led work light ehnances visibility in low light areas. Lastly, the base of the impact has an available slot for the Chip Ready system "chip sold separately" to track the tool's location with the DeWalt tool connect app. Product is tool only as the battery and charger are sold separately.

Comparing this new impact (DCF845) to my older model (DCF887), I am shocked at how DeWALT continues to make improvements, all while maintaining the tools size and weight. This new impact has a max RPM of 3400 compared to the DCF887, which topped out at 3250. I used this drill to add joist supports in the attic above my garage. My house was built in the early 1940s with old true lumber. I have used many drills in the past that would overheat or not have enough power to get through this hard wood. This impact proved its power by driving 3 1/2 inch screws into 6x6 support beams with ease. The added grip and brighter led lights helped immensely while working in the dark, narrow portions of my attic. I am very pleased with this drill and eager to see what DeWALT comes up with next. If you are looking for a new impact with high torque and fast RPM, that is also compact, you won't be disappointed in this choice. It has the power to tackle any job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is awesome. I have to older version of the impact and the improvements are great. It is small which allows me to get in smaller places. The updated lights are great much brighter. I do not use the chip system but if i owned a big business they wouldn't go missing. The different settings will make using it to do certain tasks easier. The one thing that makes me excited, was the chuck was bigger and easier to switch bits. This makes a big difference when wearing gloves. The brushless motor is nice and like the speed and torque. I can not wait to get more time using this thing with the new battery. Thanks dewalt for the nice tool.

Lots of power to sink 3” screws on high setting yet still be nimble to turn very small screws using the low setting. I appreciate the 3 bright LEDs and long life afforded by pairing the driver with the Power Stack batteries (the 1.7 amp hour has lasted me almost a week of intermediate use). My overall opinion is that this driver is lightweight but powerful, compact and handy to have. Great product.

I have requested replacement several times as item never arrived texted to Myshop via relay Walmart. No solution of timeline for replacing item not delivered Very disappointed
