Lightweight, which made pruning a lot easier than with my chainsaw. You still need a solid surface to rest the cut branches on. Or two hands for attached branches. Wear ear protection! Bought a pruning blade, but this came with a wood and metal blade.

Bought this a couple of months back...talk about a versatile tool :). It (after the driver/drill combo) was the tool that led me to have full faith in Dewalt's line of tools. I've gotten quite the collection of 20v tools now and am even venturing into their 60v FLEX line up

Best price in town, $30 cheaper than any other companies. It also cam right on time and wasnt manggled. So all and all, very Happy Customer.

I have a Flexvolt reciprocating saw that is an absolute beast but wanted something smaller for tight spaces so I decided to give this one a try and I really am happy with the performance. The tool is fairly lightweight but still feels durable and has enough power for just about any job. I am able to use it in smaller spaces and it's light enough to handle it with one hand. The tool cuts 2x4's with ease with very little vibration. It'll cut through 4x4's but it does take longer than the heavy duty Flexvolt saw. The larger Flexvolt is obviously more powerful but this one is now my go to saw unless I need to do leave demo work. Keep in mind a good quality Dewalt saw blade makes a big difference also, I've tried some cheap blades and the Dewlt blades are worth the extra cost, it makes the cuts much easier. I feel this saw is a great all around saw.

Packed in envelope not in dewalt box

It doesnt do enough to keep water out of the gear box. And they will not warranty it. Plumbers know this im sure. I was told to only cut new pipe with it.
