[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an old home that needs some floor joists reinforced. A traditional driver doesn't give me enough space with reinforcing 2x on one or both sides of the joists. This ½" Atomic Series was the perfect compact tool. I drove 3½ lag bolts into old, hard joists like a hot knife through butter. The work light is helpful and I really like the grip for working above my head. I have many of the 20V Max tools and this is a great addition to my DeWalt line I may not have a ton of uses for this but when I do need it, I will be glad I have it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this ratchet for the purpose of working on my car and our jobs particularly outside and it works Great. Dewalt put a-lot of thought into durability and comfort which is to be expected. The only reason I will drop a star, would be great if the head was offset by about 25° to 40° to make room for the battery when working against flush surfaces. But I gotta say, for it's intended purpose, it's an awesome addition to anyone's toolbox.

Came with box looks brand new just need a battery and I'll be good to go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally got to use my 1/2 compact atomic series ratchet 20 volt. It is well balanced and liteweight { with battery installed }.It is very compact for a 1/2 drive and get get into tight arias...Of course the power will depend on the amp battery you use,but has excellent power and long life for the difficult jobs I get into in my personel garage. It is very well constructed and will take quite a bit rough handling and everyday use. it's size makes it easy to get into spaces where you can get a box end wrench into. Just another good quality product from Dewalt and readily available locally everywhere.As you can see by photos I am a diehard Dewalt user and can honestly recomend these products.

Extremely disappointed. I purchased the dewalt 20v atomic cordless ratchet for my son for Christmas under the impression it was new never owned and would come with the original box, or at least come with the factory warranty papers. I was wrong. At first I thought perhaps I missed something in the description. So I went back read every word 4 times before giving this review and found nothing even implying that I would be receiving a used tool. I'm just praying it actually works. It was shipped in a thin usps priority mail box that has damage, without any form of bump protection, such as packing bubbles, or whatever. They relied solely on the canvas dewalt bag for protection. Going through the tracing history, my package changed hands 6 times before being delivered to me.
