[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This starter kit is amazing. The 6 amp hr battery is what I was looking for. It has the power for the tools that use it the most. I use it on my grinder and vac. The 4 amp hr I use mostly on my mid range impact etc. They give you the run time you need to get the job done. You also get a 6 amp hr charger that cuts your charging time down so you're not waiting. The soft bag let's you pack everything up and cuts down on space in an already full truck. I keep my batteries in there to keep them out of the sun. Also keeps the dirt and debris off of them. I would highly recommend this kit for someone starting out. It has everything you need to get started with your Dewalt line and more.
Very nice battery kit, the 4 amp batteries are long lasting and charge back fast., the also hold a charge when not being used
Excellent kit for the price! Bought this kit to use the 6ah battery in a fan and the 4ah in my drills. Batteries charge really fast!
The batteries are awesome but the shipping was a touch slow.
You see what you get Awesome 👏🏽
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This starter kit (DCB246CK) includes 2 batteries (6Ah, 4Ah), and a charger (DCB115). The charger is a 4-amps battery charger and took about 60 minutes to charge the 4Ah battery (about 10 minutes longer for the 6Ah battery). (The DeWALT website advertises this kit as including a different charger (DCB1106) but that's inaccurate.) The 6Ah and 4Ah are, in my opinion, excellent sized batteries for most applications. The 4Ah weight feels great with my impact driver and hammer drill, and lasts a long time without needing to change batteries. The 6Ah is used mostly in my circular saw and also provides long run time before needing a charge. Overall I found the kit (and bag to hold it all) really helpful and welcome addition to my tools and needs.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Big fan of this combo set. I use the 6Ah battery in my handheld hammer drill and the 4Ah battery in my 1/4” impact and I get an entire days work out of them! I feel this combo is better than the 2 x 5Ah batteries offered. The 6Ah is bigger than a 5Ah battery but the weight difference isn't noticeable!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the DEWALT 20V MAX* Lithium Ion Starter Kit and I am extremely impressed with the performance of these batteries. I have used them on a variety of power tools and they provide a lot of power and run for a long time before needing to be recharged. The starter kit comes with two batteries, a charger, and a carrying bag which is very convenient for storing and transporting everything. I particularly appreciate the durability of these batteries. They have held up well to repeated use and do not seem to be losing any of their power or capacity. The charger is also very reliable and charges the batteries quickly. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the DEWALT 20V MAX* Lithium Ion Starter Kit and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of high-quality, reliable batteries for their power tools. Five stars!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the 6ah 20v battery, I find its very convenient when you want the runtime of a 6ah battery but without the extra weight of flexvolt. In roofing for example, pair this with the 6 1/2 circular saw and you can comfortable cut rafter ends without a over heavy saw and big battery in your hands.
Charger would not charge batteries so I had to return for credit
