Not happy
I bought this because reviews were good. Unfortunately, I received a bad unit. I couldn't get it to cut a 2” branch! I decided to exchange it and hope I get a good unit. The worst part of this is the return! You can't take it to Walmart to return. You have to find a FedEx Office which there aren't as many as the regular ship centers. Then to make things worse, the seller would not ship a new unit until they received the bad unit! And you can guess that they shipped it the SLOWEST way possible! It took 1 week for the unit to get to them! Now I'm waiting for them to ship the new unit to me which I'm sure will take another week! This seller does not know how to run a business!
