Ease of use

I clean with lots of volunteers, and they all want my sprayer. I am just using water, but this is my favorite pump sprayer. It's got a lot of power without harming historic headstones. I clean about 10 a day in a good week. I am ready for the backpack sprayer!

After reading the previous poor reviews, I decided to purchase this for several reasons. Based on other reviews, it appeared the seals were a big problem, so this version seems to have fixed that (hopefully) with newer upgraded seals (Viton). The pump handle locking mechanism also seems to have been upgraded and appears to be sturdy. It is also nice to have a way to store the wand upright, and the system works well. The hose appears to be stiff, but that's because it is sturdy and reinforced, so you don't have to worry about it kinking, especially where it comes out of the reservoir. It is also nice to have an assortment of nozzles, including an adjustable brass nozzle. The trigger assembly, and the stainless steel wand appear very sturdy and well-built. This unit also seems to pump up very quickly. Overall, the sprayer appears to be built much better than your average cheaper big box brand, which I already have several of. I have yet to actually use it with liquids other than water, because it's still wintery outside, so time will tell. So far it works beautifully. The only thing I would like to see is on board storage for the other nozzles, but that may be asking for too much.

We are a restoration company and have been using this product for the last 2 years. My crews have given me great feedback on this product and how its held up. the tank itself is a great build and seem to stand up in any condition. The hose and the handle do great as well I believe we have only had to replace a few of the gaskets and nozzle tips. However the manual pump seems to have some weak points, there are two leafs that hold the hand in place and the receiving end to these leafs, somehow this leafs brake off and then we can no longer use the pump because we can no longer remove the pump to fill the tank. I've had to buy whole new sprayers because it appears you do not sale just the manual pump itself. If you do sale just this individual part where can i purchase product?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product worked great out of box but within a year or so stoped all together keep it clean checked everything it pressed up squeezed handle but nothing. I have many of dewalt tools but I can't recommend this one.

When you screw the pump and unscrew it all of those pieces are made of plastic they wear off so quick even of course taking all pressure out of the pump it is not strong enough now I'm left with a pump that leaks from the top because I can't screw the pump to seal all the pressure or I won't be able to take it off

Bought 6 months ago and have had problems with the trigger spring sticking since I unboxed it. Now the spring is in the stuck on position and the sprayer is useless. Cant find a replacement hose/trigger anywhere online that is in stock. Engineering of this product is poor. Cant open the sprayer handle to manually unstick the spring. Emailed DeWalt and after a week have only received a computer generated email.

Only 4 months old. Leaks from trigger assembly. Replace all washers and gaskets and it still leaks. Very disappointed in DeWalt on this one. I spent extra money due to DeWalt typically good quality, but I must day DeWalt let me down and put out a crap product that you should not buy. I see from other reviews this is a very common issue with this DeWalt product

As others have said, seals blow quickly and after replaced it just wont stop leaking
