Dewalt XTREME 12V MAX Impact Driver, Cordless, 1/4-Inch, Tool Only DCF801B

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this impact driver about 1 week ago. I have the 20 volt system but wanted something smaller for finish work. I used this impact driver to install some composite trim around my garage. I am very impressed on how much power this thing has and on how light weight it is. I installed about 174' of 1x8 trim with 2” nails and I had no issues. The batteries were amazing as well they kept up on a single charge. I call it Mighty Mouse.

My wife purchased this impact driver for me as a gift almost a decade ago as one of my old co-workers owned one that I borrowed constantly, so I had to have one. I still use it for almost all of my household repairs today! If you want a very high quality tool in a compact size that punches way above it's weight class, this one is for you! 5 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this tool for a Christmas present and ever since I started using it, it has become my go to drill of choice. This driver was able to boar a 1" diameter hole into solid oak several inches without showing signs of distress. My only issue is that the user needs to be aware that when using the drill the metallic front end becomes warm enough to cause significant discomfort if touched.

Unfortunately, rather than using the attached belt hook, I always just jam it into one of my belt pockets. As a result, it hits the floor (cement) many times a day. Despite all that abuse, it never fails me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this driver as a kit along with a drill, charger, and two batteries. I am extremely impressed by the quality of these tools. I have several other drivers and this one is of far better quality than any of the others. It's about as close to perfect as a tool can get with current technology.

It doesn't come with a battery or charger, what's the point of this? I don't even know if it's working like this, don't buy something that doesn't work and can't be tested.
