Dexas 10 x 13 Poly Granite Cutting Board in Heavy Granite Finish

I made a mistake by not reading the sizes of these rugs. It was supposed to be longer to put down my hallway or to use with my cats litter box. I got the smaller size, and use it in my kitchen where the other mat was supposed to be. The other mat, I couldn't use at all bc it's a fall risk for me. If you need a walker or cane to get around in your home, be careful of the rise. Anyway, I should've made sure of the length I wanted.

I like the size of this board because it is handy to use--not too big and awkward and not too small to hold the contents of what you are cutting up. I also like the looks of the board because it looks like granite and not plastic. It cleans easily and stores well against my cabinet.

Unlike many plastic cutting boards, this Dexas model is thick and substantial. The surface is firm enough that it doesn't collect as many knife knicks as some boards do, but at the same time it's soft enough that it doesn't quickly dull my good German knives. It's smooth around the edges without any sharp burrs left over from the molding process. That attention to detail is appreciated, and makes this board easy to clean whether it's washed by hand or plopped into the dishwasher. The dark “granite look” is a welcome change from basic boring blah boards that are too often plain vanilla white. It's a bit classier in style, hides stains well, and makes a nice addition to the kitchen. What would I change? For my purposes, the “juice channel” is too shallow and doesn't do a very good job of containing liquid or preventing fluids from flooding onto the counter. The board is easily thick enough that the groove could be designed twice as deep – and that would be a terrific improvement for this board. Bottom Line: Aside from the shallow “juice groove,” this Dexas cutting board hits all of the other marks for a good plastic cutting board. It's also priced very well considering the high quality, and it gets a daily workout in my kitchen. If Dexas made a larger board identical to this one – but with a deeper groove – I'd snap it up in a heartbeat as a companion to this one.

This is the Perfect Size , Thickness , Quality and a Beautiful Pink Color that is Wonderful ! I have had Dexas Cutting Boards from before and they Keep Up with such Quality and are Made Only in the USA !

Good price point for a decent size not to large or to small, has juice ring so it doesn't run off board. Recommended Cleans easily %26 no cuts into material with super sharp knife

This board is the right size for many uses, not too small nor too large. The material seems sturdy so it will last a long time. The design is attractive and the dark gray is neutral. It is easy to clean. the wells along the edges are nice for catching juices or liquids as you cut and chop. I reach for this board often.

Perfect size for most slicing and dicing tasks. Looks expensive. Dishwasher safe. My go to cutting board.

great little cutting board, doesn't leave cut marks like the cheap traditional cutting boards which I love its much more sanitary imo

I reserve this for cutting raw chicken. The material is great, I like the drip catch groove, I love that it doesn't have one of those annoying handle holes for hanging where food falls messily through, (solid piece all throughout), and it's very easy to hand-wash. My one issue is that I wish it were a teensy bit bigger. I get by on it, but stay hungry for one or two extra inches to work with every time I use it.

It is not Granite!!! It states that you wont get knicks or cut marks but not true. First time using has cut marks and it just a fansier designed plastic! Worth the price to have eomething but would not recommend.
