I have used the puller but It's good quality and is smooth operation and useful for the various resistance for dents. If you minimize one dent it's worth it at professional PDR costing $100 per dent.

Disclaimer: I received my order today but have not used the kit, yet. At the clearance price of $10.99 tax (my total $11.65), this Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) kit is a reasonable value for basic repair of dings and smaller (fist-sized) simple dents. However, the text description is incorrect. The kit only includes what is in the item photo: a lifter (spring loaded hand grip device), 18 plastic tabs and a small color illustrated one page instruction sheet in a plastic bag. The kit DOES NOT INCLUDE a hot glue gun, glue sticks, slide hammer, bridge puller, suction cups or tap down tool to remove high spots. You must provide your own hot glue gun and glue sticks to use the lifter. More expensive (~$50) PDR kits include most/all of the items missing in this kit and would be a better choice for a wider variety of repairs. That said, YouTube videos of similar kits show they require patience, multiple iterations and should not be expected to provide the same results as a dent repair performed by an experienced professional.

It does not include glue or suction cup.Pretty much useless without these.
