I was able to put my electric fireplace. It didn't come with it but it has a shelf in the middle that was included. I already have the electric fireplace size 23 width and 17 long. This was heavy when it was delivered. The quality is good overall and the value i paid. The only thing negative i have, is the colored LED light that came with it, isn't sticking good on the surface but easy fix just put more double tape.

I didn't know how to attach the back of it as there were no holes for the screws. But it is very sturdy.

The outside packaging was damaged upon arrival however, the product was not...except for a small chip on the edge of one of the boards that you can barely see. My boyfriend and son put it together and they both agreed that there were some necessary holes missing in one of the panel boards, nevertheless they made it work. I'll have to update with pix after the fact but the unit looks very nice.

it arrived with dents but rather keep it than deal with the hassle of trying to do an exchange and the lights wont stay in place with the limited tacks to hold them up. Otherwise, it's a nice piece.

This piece is beautiful when put together. However, it does feel really cheaply made. The holes did not match up and you had to make your own. But for the price we paid, we weren't expecting a heavy duty stand. But it does the job and looks nice

There was a chip on one panel- we just about had all put together and not going through hassle of returning - also no more in stock- Very nice looking unit just small chip and of course it is in front of stand

Although this is a beautiful piece, and 2nd purchase, it was missing a piece and company will not send missing piece. The item is fully assembled except for that piece. They want me to return for a refund. I can't as is fully assembled and super heavy. Just playing the back and forth game with them, they're taking no accountability. Company should take full responsibility for missing piece

Walmart scammed me twice and charged me for the same item. I'm done with them. They haven't returned my money yet, and I feel terrible for leaving a negative review because they deserve it.

First of all an item was missing from my order. I was really excited to put this item together it took 5 hours to put together. When I reached out to get the piece that was missing from my order to be mailed out to me Walmart says they cannot do that. Instead they offered me a 25% refund. Which was only 36 dollars. I do not understand why their items are always missing parts. They refused to give me a full refund. I was not able to return the item as the box was missing and I had already put the item together.

Had bought the product and set up service. After it arrived and the service pro opened the box he noticed pieces were chipped/missing. When I called support they told me that they don't replace parts nor will they send me a new one. I'm able to get a refund within the three weeks that I send it back but the whole process seems like such a waste of time when this was product you wanted.
